Product Overview
A/V Resource Tracker is a resource-scheduling application designed
specifically with A/V departments in mind. With A/V Resource Tracker, you and
your staff can easily reserve equipment and materials, print out schedules,
record service information, and view and print reports.
A/V Resource Tracker supports different workflows for different types of
resources, fully customizable printouts and custom reports (using Crystal
Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services). Our advanced Resource
Selection Engine © can automatically choose the most appropriate
resources for a scheduled reservation based on type, availability and
location. And A/V Resource Tracker’s specialized check-out/check-in
system helps ensure that you know exactly where your resources are at all
times.
WebReservations© is now available! This plug-in for
A/V Resource Tracker includes a customizable intranet web site that enables
requests to be entered remotely – eliminating time-consuming emails and phone
calls.

System Requirements
The A/V Resource Tracker client and administration software runs in any standard web browser. The server software requires Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or later and runs on IIS (Internet Information Services) 6.0 or later, with the Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 installed.
