We also keep records of search terms used on the support page.  We use this data to make sure our products are as easy to use as possible, and to determine which issues appear in the FAQ section.  These records do not include any personally identifiable information.

When you first purchase a product from Amazing Programmers, we will ask you to create an account.  This account information is used for customer support purposes.  If you "opt-in", we may use the information you provide to contact you regarding new products or features.  Amazing Programmers LLC does not share your personally identifiable information with any other entities or agents.
